All goods must be unused and in the original packaging
Unwanted goods
You may return any unwanted goods (excluding special order items) within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping cost to be paid by the purchaser, for bulky items we can arrange a courier to collect, Contact us for prices. Any goods returned after the 7 day period but not exceeding 28 days will be subject to 15% handling fee. Any goods after the 28 day period are not accepted for return.

Special ordered goods
We cannot accept special order or manufactured goods for return, exchange or credit.
However if we will try to sell it on for you in a reasonable amount of time.
Warranty items
All alleged defective items are to be returned with a completed warranty form. And proof of purchase.
Return shipping cost to be paid by the purchaser.

Damaged/Incorrect items
Incorrect or damaged parts may be returned for exchange or refund once the goods have been received back in unused condition. We will pay a return postage up to but not exceeding £10, please include receipt of postage*.
DAMAGED GOODS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24HRS OF RECEIPT, THIS IS TO ENABLE US TO CLAIM FROM THE COURIER. email: cservice@haloperformance.com
